Slalom Waterski
slalom-- Waterskiing?

Alllllright!
Hey guys, I'm 16 years old, and I think its okay for me to say that I'm pretty good at it :)
The thing is I can't get up with one ski, I have to start off with two, and drop one once I'm up.
How do I get up with just the one. I've tried, and I know the ski must stay above water. . . and i ALWAYS get a stomach full of water after I try to get up.
How Do I do it?!

Thanks so much!

I found that it helps if I have one hand up and one hand down on the rope. This helps me pull harder to my chest and keep my balance. Also, you need to focus on balance when you're pushing with the legs against the water. That was my downfall when I was learning.
