It depends on the color. If there is more than one color in the beach ball, that adds calories. It also depends on how much air is in it. Every puff of air adds 8 calories.

My estimation would be about 548 calories. If you are ever craving a beach ball again, eat a green and white one. Those only have 224 calories. I think you can buy them at the 99 cent store.

One way to prevent this scenario is to make people aware of the risks of being overweight or obese.

Here are some diseases that you are putting yourself in risk of if you are carrying a lot of extra pounds:

1. heart disease

2. stroke

3. diabetes

4. cancer

5. arthritis

6. hypertension

Losing weight helps to prevent and control these diseases.

The quick weight loss methods which have spread like fire these days do not provide lasting results. More often than not, dieting methods which involve dietary drinks, foods and supplement or  pills do not work. If they do, the results are just temporary.

It is better to rely on a healthy weight loss option which will provide lifetime results. You have to set realistic goals and not expect to lose a lot of pounds in a short span of time. 

Here are some tips on how you can lose those unwanted pounds the healthy way:

1.   Do not starve your self.

The key to a healthier way of losing weight is: Do not diet.

You may seem happy and feel that you are losing those unwanted flabs on your belly and thighs by skipping meals. But remember that this would not last long. Your body cannot tolerate having insufficient food to fuel the energy that you use up everyday.

If you get used to skipping one or two meals a day, your stored calories will be used up instead of the energy that should have been provided by your meals. So if you just eat one huge sandwich in one day, it will end up straight to your problem area (i.e. highs, buttocks, hips).

2.  Start your day right.

Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism.

Your food intake after you wake up will be used to burn fat all day long.

3.  Eat small, healthy meals frequently.

Five  small-serving snacks per day is better than three hearty meals. Eating more frequently, and in small servings, can prevent over-eating. This will also increase your metabolism and make calories burn faster.

4.  Decide on how much weight you want to lose.

Keep your goals realistic. In the long run, it is virtually impossible for you to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks. Have a mindset that you want to eat healthy to stay healthy for the rest of your life.

Once you have decided on a weight loss plan or program, stick to it and make sure that you follow your own set of dieting rules. 

5.  Drink lots of water.

Your body needs sufficient water  to burn fat and keep your cells hydrated and healthy.

6.  Avoid too much sugar.

Plan your meals around lots of fruits and vegetables, some bread, rice or pasta for that carbo fix that you need, plus lean  meat and protein rich-foods. Sweets, sodas and pastries should be once-in-a-while indulgences only.

7.  Watch your fat intake.

Fat is not the culprit to being overweight. You need this to keep your weight at the proper level.

There is such a thing as healthy fats. Olive, peanuts and canola oil have them. Tuna, salmon and mackerel have omega-3 fats which is good for the heart. 

8.  Exercise.

Leave your car if  you are only going a few blocks from home, take the stairs instead of the elevator, jog, cycle or  skate. Use these activites and other home chores if you are too lazy to go to the gym and take exercise classes. Make sure that you do this regularly and you will not even notice that you are already shedding pounds with these mundane activities.

It does not matter how much weight you plan or need to lose. What is important is that you set realistic goals for yourself.

Go slow. If you have already lost 5 or 6 pounds, give yourself a break then try to lose the next 5 pounds.

Eat healthy, drink lots of water, have enough sleep and exercise. This will give you a higher chance of losing weight and improving your health, which would result to a new, healthier you.

Are saying in agony: "Yeast Cause?"  The itching is probably driving you mad and you need help. The causes of yeast infections are many. If you know the yeast cause, you can eliminate the different causes one by one and get yourself free of this nagging itching and discomfort!

Here are some of the most common reasons for a yeast infection:

1. The use of antibiotics:

This can, of course, not be helped in most cases. If need the antibiotics, you need them. Be aware of the possibility and start taking preclusions as soon as possible. Eat lots of unflavored, unsweetened yogurt to start with. Eliminate all other foods and drinks that contain yeast. Stay away from sugary foods and eat lots of fresh vegetables, fish and chicken.

2. The use of scented and colored soap:

This is one many people are not aware of. The colors and scent kills the "good bacteria" and gives the Candida an ideal breeding ground to grow.

3. Use of medicinal or so-called "hygiene" soaps:

7. Synthetic underwear:

This is a very big culprit. Tight, synthetic underwear cannot breathe and once again you create a nice warm and humid condition for the yeast to grow uncontrolled.

8. Staying in wet clothes for long periods:

Keep this in mind when you go swimming this summer. Change into dry clothes immediately after you have had your swim. If you are going to lie on the beach, tanning for a long period, make sure your swimsuit is dry and has a cotton gusset. This is important otherwise you are going to have a very uncomfortable summer!

9. Douche:

This is another very big yeast cause. An antiseptic douche kills the "good" bacteria with the "bad" with the results we know now already.

10. Eating huge amounts of sugar:

Yeast grows on sugar and if you eat a lot of sweet foods, you are giving the yeast lots of food for growth. Stay away from the sugar if you tend to have a yeast infection problem.

These are the yeast cause most of the time. The good news is, it is very easy to get rid of your yeast infection, even yeast infection because of antibiotics. With the right home remedies, you can get rid of yeast infection in as little as 12 hours.

To catch a water pokemon, you would need a fishing rod, and a good one at that. You could also find some by surfing across water, but fishing allows for a wider variety of water pokemon to be found. Depends on the version, too, there's practically 10 versions out there.

Setting up your own nano reef can be quite simple and is almost the same as a traditionally sized reef. This article will go over the basics of setting up a nano reef, as well as the equipment that is necessary. This article serves as a guide only, and not a full in depth step by step method.

To start, you will need to pick out the aquarium you would like to use. Three good starter sizes are the standard 10 gallon, 15 gallon, or 20 gallon aquariums. Next, you will need to decide on the lighting system you want to use. Power compact retrofit kits and canopies are highly recommended. These power compact lamps will provide your nano reef with plenty of light for many types of corals such as Xenia's and button polyps. For the heater, we highly recommend using a 50w or 75w Ebo Jager brand heater, as users of these have consistently had success in such small aquariums. Lastly, you will need a small Powerhead pump for circulation and an adequate filter. I have found Aquarium System's Mini-Jet pumps to be quiet and reliable, but all other similarly sized pumps will work just fine.

For your main filtration, we recommend to use an all-natural method. Good quality live rock and live sand is the key to a successful system. You will want to use at least one pound of live rock per gallon, and about one-half pounds of live sand per gallon. More information on this can be found at www.ocreef.com

When you look for a location to place your nano reef, you will want to keep a few things in mind. The tank should be placed on a level and sturdy surface that can support approximately 70-250 pounds depending on the size of the tank. For the beginner, it's recommended to place the tank in a high traffic area, so that it will be under constant supervision, especially in the beginning while the tank is still stabilizing.

When the time comes to fill the tank with water, you will need good de-chlorinated water; it's recommended to use reverse osmosis water, you can find R.O. water from most local pet fish stores. You will also need to have good quality synthetic reef salt and a specific gravity meter (hydrometers are more commonly used). Floating hydrometers can be purchased for under $10 and will provide a basic reading of the specific gravity (salt concentration in ppm's parts per millionth).

A more expensive Refractometer is recommended for highly accurate readings, if money allows that is. Proceed to fill the tank with water and add salt, following the manufacturers directions for adding the salt. Keep adding salt until the specific gravity is 1.023. Place the Powerhead in immediately so it will help mix the salt. Now is also the time to place in your heater and get the water temperature to 78 degrees.

Once your specific gravity has reached it's proper level and the water has begun to stabilize, (this time will vary depending on your particular set up), you can add the live rock and live sand. Place the live rock in first, using an open pattern so the fish have room to swim through and hide in the rock.

Be as creative as you want during this process and don't be afraid to go back and change it later. Once the rock is where you like it, you can pour the live sand around the rocks, keeping it at a fairly even thickness throughout the tank. Adding the live sand in will cloud the water, but don't worry it will eventually settle and the water will clear. Following continue to check your water for stabilization.

When your aquarium has fully completed cycling and your confident all water parameters look stable, you will be ready to add a fish and a coral. But don't rush this process, take your time to be rewarded in the saltwater hobby.

A last reminder because we can't write a book on here, is to make sure to do your homework and research the species of fish and coral your thinking of keeping; (try to offer them foods they would get naturally from the ocean).
