Tuna are huge and delicious saltwater game fish. Tuna fishes are large in size and hence many enjoy fishing as it is a big game fishing target. There are many types of tuna fishes: * Albacore * Black fin * Skipjack * Blue fin * Yellow fin These tuna fishes are mostly captured in coastal estuary waters and also offshore. In order to go for tuna fishing, a lot of information must be gathered such as recent fish counts reported by other captains, popular fishing locations which have been producing numerous hookups, current water surface temperature and the weather must be continually monitored.

One of the best methods for tuna fishing is trolling. Trolling is done with feather jigs, miniscule squid imitations, live or fresh dead bait and even hard bodied lures. Any layman having minimal amount of experience with fishing must know trolling where eight or more fishing lines, baited with lures or bait fish are drawn through the water behind a moving boat. Many enjoy tuna and they find it to be an exciting adventure. But it may be really frustrating unless you know what you're looking for.

The season matters a lot for tuna fishing since you will not be able to find any during the summer. The tuna stay near the surface of the water when hunting for bait fish. During winter, the tuna go down deeper into the water and rarely risk up to the surface. It is better for tuna fishing during the late afternoons. An additional method for tuna fishing is drifting and builds a burley trail in order to wait for the fish to show up.

When each and every time the fish turns up to the anglers transmit out a baited hook in to the trail for tempting fishes to bite. In certain situations, chum or bait fish styled flies proves to work at times. While doing this, you must remember that the tuna hits very hard, hooks themselves, and yanks the line off the reel at a rapid speed. Sometimes large fishes might give you the fight of your life, battling for as long as several hours before it wins by snapping the line or leader, or you may be the winner by getting it on board the boat.

Swiping colors is very easy there.

Color is a major player in the design world and rightly so because of the effects it has on the entire room and decorating project.  But deciding on the right color scheme is sometimes where most people get stuck.

Selecting a color scheme can certainly be a real challenge even to design professionals.  Which means total frustration to most of us beginners.  But wait, don't fret just yet...  you are about to learn more about color schemes that will help you think like the pro's.

Understanding color and how it affects your moods and feelings is the key to unlocking the mystery of color.  Did you know that color can excite you, make you feel happy, comfortable, relaxed, anxious and even sad? 

Color can also make small spaces appear larger and large spaces appear smaller.  Color can make or break your entire design project.  Color can even make or break a sale.  Yes, color is an extremely powerful tool in the design world and in your personal world as well.

Let's start with the basic color wheel.  It was designed to teach us the relationships of color.  You've heard of Designers talk of color schemes and their relationships.  The color wheel helps us with this.

On the color wheel you'll see primary colors (red, yellow, and blue) evenly spaced between secondary colors (orange, green and violet).  Then there's the third or tertiary colors, which mixes the adjacent or analogous colors and lastly the fourth or quaternary colors.

The most basic color rule is that colors are either warm or cool.  Warm colors advance or pop out while cool colors tend to recede or move away.  Are you drawn to warm colors like reds and yellows?  Or cool colors like blues and greens? 

Warm colors are inviting, comfortable, relaxing and intimate.  Cool colors are refreshing, more reserved, relieves and calms. 

If you draw a line down the middle of the color wheel, warm and cool colors will be on opposite sides of each other.  Every warm color has a cool compliment.

So how do you decide on your color choice?  Once you've narrowed down your selection (and I would add at this point to narrow down your selection to three choices), take the paint chips or samples home. 

Most paint companies now have larger paint chips so that you can experience your color samples effectively.  I take it a step further by purchasing my top three paint colors in the pint size (not gallon size) cans and painting each color on a poster board.  (The paint chips are just not large enough for me.)  I then tape these poster boards on my wall in the room to be painted.  I live with these three colors for a few days... experiencing daylight and nightlight. 

You see lighting has a major effect on color.  Both daylight and nightlight will change the look of your color, guaranteed.  So live with your color choices on these poster boards for a few days and then you will know for sure which is the best color for your color scheme.

Some people ask me if it's ok to paint accent walls, or to have one or two colors in the same room.  I say absolutely.  Color scheming is not just about choosing colors that you like, but choosing likable, livable colors that produce dramatic effects.

That's what accent walls do.  Choose a color that pops, add excitement and works well with the other colors in the room.  You can also switch accent colors from room to room.

There's really no set rule but you do have to choose livable colors that relate well with the color schemes already around you.  Some colors just don't work well together, and that's what you want to avoid.

That is why paint manufacturers arrange colors sympathetically- in close relationships that enhance each other- in their paint decks (books of paint chips you can purchase from the store).  By fanning the paint deck out, you can choose related colors more easily.

Now if you don't like the idea of multiple related color schemes in your home, you can choose to use a whole-house color scheme by sticking to one color.  This one-color continuity scheme can make a small room seem larger and give a sense of harmony and serenity.

One-color schemes called Monochromatic come in two varieties - you can use a single color, or tonal variations of one color.  Monochromatic color schemes are considered very chic and quite contemporary in fashion.

Most commonly used monochromatic schemes are white and beige but beware – white and beige tend to highlight any flaws.  You want to make sure all your whites and beiges are either cool or warm and inject patterns and textures for added interest.

Here are some tips to remember:

To make a room look larger- use light, cool colors. 

To make a room cozier and inviting, use warm colors.

To make a ceiling look higher, use white or light colors.

To drop the ceiling and make lower, use darker colors.

Some say the best all-time rule to follow is this:

Your primary areas – floors, walls, and ceilings – should receive neutralized colors in a range of values.  Make the floor the darkest surface, the walls medium, and the ceiling the lightest value.

Your color schemes start with your choice of fabric, upholstery, and furniture selections.  All should relate with each other.  Of course other components to consider within the space are the window treatments, rugs, carpet, tile, and accessories like lamps, pillows, vases and so forth.

Don't let all this scare you.  Start with the furniture showcases to see what really lights you up.  Take notes, bring your magazine tear-outs.  It will be clear to you soon enough what you like and dislike.  Your color scheme will begin to emerge just like you will, into a beautiful room that says this is YOU.

Ask any tenant: The credit check is probably the most feared part of a rental application. The credit report offers landlords a cold, impartial and unblinking view of all your major purchasing and spending activity over the decades. Every financial mis-step is right there in black-and-white for all to see.

As professional landlords, my colleagues and I have reviewed hundreds of credit reports from applicants looking to owner finance or lease-purchase a home. If you look hard enough, certain patterns emerge: Most unsuccessful home buyers get in trouble in just a few critical areas. We see it all the time. If tenants only knew which expenses to avoid (or at least control), then maybe they wouldn't start down the wrong path in the first place.

Now, I've made some of these mistakes myself: No one is born a landlord. But if more than a few of these apply to you, you may be killing your chances of ever owning a home without even realizing it. Here are the top 6 high-risk expenses we urge you to stay away from until after you've bought a home:

Premium cable - Now that TV stations have switched to digital broadcasts, a cable subscription is almost a necessity in most households. And yes, there are plenty of sensible reasons to have access to a few key cable channels for news, sports, and entertainment. But we've also seen far too many folks go nuts and order hundreds of channels they don't need and never watch. Here in Atlanta, Georgia, the Comcast Cable "Digital Premier" cable plan costs over $50/month more than their basic package. Added up over 5 years, that's a whopping $3,000 that could have been a down payment on a house.

High-tech television - For those of us who can recall when color TVs were a novelty, this latest national obsession with ginormous widescreens and 7-speaker digital sound is almost laughable. Less amusing, perhaps, is seeing that huge plasma TV sitting on the curb along with all the worldly possessions of a recently-evicted tenant. Maybe it's just coincidence, but there seems to be a definite connection between expensive consumer electronics and financial distress.

Sparkle and bling - Back around 2005, nearly every bad credit report we saw featured an unpaid jewelry store charge account. Now, it's bad enough wasting serious money on gold and diamond trinkets. But to purchase this stuff using store credit and then default on the payments is financial suicide. Surely we can all agree that there's no must-have item anywhere to be found at the local Jared or Zales.

Fast food - We've all been guilty of swinging by the take-out window or placing a late-night delivery order when we're too tired (or lazy) to prepare a meal. But after adding up the cost of a year's worth of greasy burgers or mediocre pizza, you may well decide that keeping a jumbo bag of snack food in the house is much easier on your wallet and your stomach.

You should also know that when you bounce a check on the local Domino's Pizza, it's going to show up on your credit report. And if you can't be relied upon to fund an $18 pizza, you can't be too surprised if a landlord won't approve you for home ownership.

Mobile overkill - The cell phone has gone from flashy frill to absolute necessity. Most of us honestly can't even imagine life without our mobile: It's our link to the world. But, if you allow your cell provider to seduce you with GPS, unlimited texting, and high-speed Internet access, your monthly mobile bill can transform from a $50 lifeline into an hulking $300 anchor dragging you to the murky bottom.

Automotive excess - Atlanta, like Los Angeles, is definitely a car town. Folks here form a close personal bond with their vehicles. We get that. But when your credit report shows that your late-model Mercedes was recently repossessed, we count that as two strikes against you: One for not paying on time, and another for your poor judgment.

In the end, it's all about priorities. We're looking for families who are seriously committed to owning a home. Show us you can focus on that for a couple of years. Once you're a homeowner, then you can conspicuously consume (like the rest of us) until the cows come home.

The Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose was selected on Wednesday as the NBA rookie of the year. He became the third Bulls' player to receive this award, besides Michael Jordan and Elton Brand. In the general voting, he received 111 first-place votes and 574 points from a voting panel of sports writers and broadcasters.

The other players in the top five were O.J. Mayo of the Memphis Grizzlies, Brook Lopez of the New Jersey Nets, Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Eric Gordon of the Los Angeles Clippers, but only the first three of them received first-place votes. The news was not a surprise to Bulls fans and players since Rose has been an amazing player that has brought many opportunities to the team; he helped the franchise to be on this year's playoffs by having great performances on each of the games he had played.

Rose has been also a breath of fresh air for the team that has not been able to glow after Michael Jordan left. Before Wednesday, Rose didn't want to say anything about the award; he actually said that he didn't care about it, but the truth was that he did care and a lot, he wanted to win it more than anything this year. But he did not say it until he learned he was indeed the NBA rookie of the year. He also said that he knew that there were a lot of talented players out there to go against, but he always hoped he could earn it. Since the start of the season Rose has created a great impression with his talent and passion for the game. He was named rookie of the month in November, December and March.

He helped the Bulls to reach their fourth playoffs of the last five years and started it with a great contribution of 36 points and 11 assists in his team's victory at the Game 1 of the first round against the defending champion Boston Celtics on the road; a praiseworthy accomplishment for the first playoffs game of his career. He has even been compared to LeBron James for his way of playing. "I think there are very few people in the NBA who could do what he did this year," teammate Joakim Noah said. "You tell me another No. 1 pick who got to the playoffs in their hometown, especially in a big city with so many distractions and so many things going on.

I mean, he's all about one thing and that's winning basketball games, and that's what I respect about himaE. Derrick Rose only played one year in the NCAA, recruited by Head Coach John Calipari with a scholarship at the University of Memphis.

He had some offers from the University of Illinois and the Indiana University as well, but he decided to stay at Memphis. As freshmen he helped the team to have a 33-1 record and led them to the National Championship game against Kansas, where they lost 75-68 in overtime.

He scored 17 points on 7aE"17 shooting, grabbed six rebounds and had seven assists in that game. Memphis finished the season 2007-08 with a 38-2 record and he declared for the 2008 NBA draft where he was the No.1 pick overall selected by the Chicago Bulls.
